Meet our team

Luciana D’Adderio 


is Reader in Management at Strathclyde Business School (UK) and Innovation Fellow with the Advanced Institute of Management Research. Her research focuses on organizational routines and innovation.

Martha Feldman


is the Johnson Chair for Civic Governance and Public Management in the School of Social Ecology, University of California, Irvine. She is best known for her work on routines and the development of the idea of routine dynamics.

Brian Pentland


is a Professor in the Department of Accounting and Information Systems at Michigan State University. His research interests include organizational routines and research methods for sequence and process analysis.

Nathalie Lazaric 


is Research Professor at CNRS. Her research interests include

sustainable consumption, organizational routines, evolutionary theory,

ecological innovations, and models of knowledge production.
